Job Description
Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 1 year of experience in seafood sales or the FMCG sector is preferred, however, this role still open to meet the fresh graduates.
 - A profound understanding of the Malaysia and Singapore markets, especially concerning seafood consumption trends.
 - Have no issue for travelling from KL to Ipoh (If necessary)
 - Stellar communication and presentation abilities.
 - Proficiency with sales software and RM tools.
 - An analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data and drawing actionable conclusions.
 - Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
 
Responsibility:
- Sales & Promotion: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our extensive range of seafood products to various channels, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
 - Brand Representation:Advocate for our brand, underscoring our dedication to premium-quality frozen seafood. Educate potential customers on our product benefits and standards.
 - Market Analysis: Regularly engage in market research to pinpoint emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor actions.
 - Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
 - Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales plans tailored to the Malaysia and Singapore markets. Ensure alignment with overarching company objectives and current market trends.
 - Collaboration: Liaise closely with the product manager to relay market insights and feedback, helping shape product evolution and refinement.
 - Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key industry players and stakeholders. This ensures repeat business and a solid position for our brand in the market.
 - Reporting:Present detailed sales reports, market research outcomes, and sales forecasts to senior management. Ensure decision-making is data-driven.
