Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
– Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
– Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
– Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.
– Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
– Assist in preparing competitive quotes to meet customer needs effectively.
– Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met efficiently.
Skills and Attributes:
– Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business Administration with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in project/ program management role.
– Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with overseas customers.
– Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
– Candidates should have relevant experience in NPI/ Manufacturing/ new program management/ sales.
