PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
•Assist the Head of Production Engineering Department in day-to-day engineering tasks and planning.
•Supervise and train technicians, ensuring team competency and performance.
•Monitor machine performance and maintenance to ensure efficient energy usage and minimal downtime.
•Ensure all instruments and tools are properly calibrated; liaise with external calibration labs as needed.
•Undertake additional engineering tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
•Education: Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Language:
– Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
(Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage)
• Technical Knowledge:
– Good understanding of energy-efficient machinery operations and calibration processes.
• IT Skills:
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant engineering software
