📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual to support our licensed Wealth Advisors and business partners in managing high-net-worth clients on various wealth product solutions. This role blends client onboarding, trade execution, operational support, and presentation preparation — with a strong emphasis on service quality and market awareness.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Onboarding & Documentation
· Assist Advisors in onboarding of clients to our licensed investment partners.
· Prepare and submit account opening and KYC documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Liaise with platform providers to ensure smooth onboarding and timely account setup.
🔹 Trade Execution & Order Management
· Receive trade instructions from clients and execute across various asset classes: Fixed Income, Structured Products, Equities, ETFs, Funds.
· Ensure accurate and timely trade execution; follow through with confirmations and settlements.
· Maintain organized trade records and assist with trade-related follow-ups.
🔹 Reporting & Advisor Support
· Aid with client presentation purposes, preparing portfolio review reports and updates for Investment Consultant and Advisors.
· Coordinate with internal records and platform data to ensure information is clear and presentable.
🔹 Operational & Cash Movement Support
· Guidance on deposit and withdrawal processes across platforms.
· Track and follow up on inward/outward fund transfers.
· Clear loan interest and custody fees on a scheduled basis or upon request.
· Support reconciliation and escalate any platform issues or discrepancies.
🔹 Market Monitoring & Product Trends
· Stay updated on market developments and trending investment structures.
· Share relevant product ideas.
· Coordinate with platform representatives or issuers to obtain structured product term sheets and quotes.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Banking, Business, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in private wealth, investment operations, or EAM support.
· Strong understanding of financial instruments: bonds, equities, funds, structured notes.
· Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and reports.
· Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
· Proficient in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus for regional client engagement.
📌 Bonus Skills:
· Experience handling structured products, loan management, or leverage accounts.
· Familiarity with FX transfers, custody billing, and platform workflows.
· Exposure to private bank systems or CRM/reporting tools is an advantage.
