
Job Description
- Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents
- Help in filing statutory forms and returns with regulatory authorities (e.g., Companies Commission, Registrar of Companies)
- Support the preparation for board meetings, AGMs, and other corporate meetings
- Draft simple letters, notices, and routine correspondence
- Maintain and organize confidential company documents and records
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local corporate laws and regulations
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required
