Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Role & Tasks

  • Special Event Automation
  • Follow-up with regular updates (3 times weekly) with respective stakeholders
  • New Enhancements and deliverables
  • All driven tasks must come with clear timeline (Start, End and Deliverables)
  • Automation approach for e2e Special Event Management

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

  • Basic Project Management skill
  • Able to use Visio or MS Flow chart
  • Fast learner, friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
